1. About ScoreMyATS

ScoreMyATS is an informational and productivity service and does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or specific hiring outcomes.
2. Eligibility and Account Use
You must use ScoreMyATS only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or making a purchase.
- You must not share access in a way that violates your plan limits or abuses the service.
- You must not attempt to interfere with, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform.
3. Plans, Billing, and Subscriptions
Some ScoreMyATS features are available only through paid plans. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the listed amount, plus any applicable taxes or fees.
- Subscription plans may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
- Usage limits, optimization caps, and feature access depend on the plan you choose.
- We may update pricing or plan structure in the future, but changes will not retroactively affect a completed billing period.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Your use of refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes is governed by our Refund Policy. Please review that policy before purchasing. You may cancel future renewals at any time, but cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless stated in the Refund Policy or required by applicable law.
5. User Content
You may upload resume content, job description links, and related text so ScoreMyATS can analyze and optimize your materials. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant ScoreMyATS a limited right to process that content solely to provide the service, improve platform functionality, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ScoreMyATS to upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, or malicious content. You also agree not to use the platform to disrupt service availability, bypass account limitations, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
7. Intellectual Property
ScoreMyATS, including its branding, website content, service design, and software components, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for your own uploaded content, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, resell, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.
8. Service Availability
We aim to keep ScoreMyATS available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or compatibility with every third-party job board, browser, ATS, or document format at all times.
9. No Employment Guarantee
ScoreMyATS is intended to support resume optimization and job application preparation. We do not guarantee a specific resume score, interview invitation, recruiter response, or employment outcome.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScoreMyATS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not legally permitted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScoreMyATS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunities arising from your use of the service.
11. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to ScoreMyATS if we reasonably believe there has been misuse, fraud, abuse of the service, violation of these terms, or activity that creates security or legal risk.
